From farm to table, documenting the olive harvests at Zoetigheyd organic olive farm in Robertson, situated along the banks of the Breede River. I loved learning about the journey the farm had taken from having vineyards on the land originally, to converting it to olive trees and becoming a certified organic farm with award winning olive oil.

Boundless Southern Africa is a regional marketing and investment promotion initiative that supports and facilitates sustainable tourism development in Southern Africa’s Transfrontier Conservation Areas.
Two trips with Boundless Southern Africa took me to the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Conservation Area (Zimbabwe and South Africa) and the Maloti Drakensberg Transfrontier Conservation Area (Lesotho and South Africa) to document initiatives that support and facilitate sustainable tourism development in these regions.
